Overview of the Role

Success in this role is bringing your strength in managing communications and schedules like no one else can! Helping keep everything together and running smoothly is what you’re known for.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners;
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings;
  • Make travel arrangements;
  • Prepare expense reports;
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports;
  • Oversee the performance of other administrative talent, as required;
  • Keep office supply inventory stocked, as required;
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports;
  • Take minutes during meeting, as required;
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

Must Haves

  • Experience providing administrative support to executive level leadership in a fast-paced tech environment;
  • Excellent MS Office skills;
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Discretion and confidentiality;
  • Passion and experience partnering with the business in a fast-paced, “roll-up-your-sleeves”, tech start-up!

Nice to Haves

  • Fintech industry experience; 
  • Blockchain knowledge/industry experience.
