Overview of the Role

Brane has the expertise and technology to dream big and to deliver in an industry with massive, unlocked potential.

Success in this role is leveraging your in-depth experience in leading operations in traditional or crypto finance to lead the establishment of Brane’s presence in the United States market.  


  • Participating  in  Brane  Inc.’s  Executive  Management  Team,  providing  insight  and subject matter expertise; 
  • Driving business development in US markets with Brane’s Chief Revenue Officer; 
  • Providing product support and implementation expertise and evolving Brane’s current custody capabilities with a focus on US market; 
  • Leading US market intelligence, including regulatory developments and potential client opportunities;  
  • Managing Brane’s relationships with the South Dakota Division of Banking and other entities pertaining to the acquisition of a South Dakota trust charter; 
  • Planning  and  executing  the  establishment  of  Brane’s  South  Dakota  subsidiary, including recruitment of key personnel; 
  • Other leadership and project management duties as assigned. 

Must Haves

  • Proven experience working as a senior leader in financial services; 
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding organizational targets; 
  • Driven to manage multiple high-priority projects to successful completion; 
  • Proficient in interpreting contract documents (language and terms); 
  • Motivated by building a team with diverse skill-sets; 
  • Experience in financial services, ideally in traditional or digital custodian space; 
  • Established track record of managing financial services regulatory and compliance requirements. 

Nice to Haves

  • Fintech industry experience; 
  • Blockchain/crypto knowledge/industry experience.
