Responsibilities

  • Develop key strategic executive-level partnerships/relationships; 
  • Qualify sales activity for right-size and fit with Brane’s strategic goals; 
  • Manage full sales cycle, starting with identifying leads and ending with securing the solution for the client; 
  • Manage consultative sales method in a brand-new industry; 
  • Reporting individual sales activity and forecasting to senior leadership; 
  • Creatively problem-solve;
  • Passion and experience partnering with the business in a fast-paced, “roll-up-your-sleeves”, tech start-up!

Must Haves

  • Successful track record in consistently exceeding sales targets in a new market; 
  • Experience in leading a sales process with a financial institutions/services;
  • Demonstrable experience providing financial/technical solutions directly in to financial services industry;
  • Experience in drafting creative proposals in fintech space; 
  • Natural ability to objection-handle;  
  • Managing their own leads and sales process 
  • Practice growth mindset (personally and professionally). 

Nice to Haves

  • Crypto / Blockchain industry experience.
